  The item I purchased was described as new in an unopened box. It never seemed to work very well and after 36 days of my receipt, it stopped working completely. Seller would not accept a return and refund my money. Ebay would not guarantee the purchase and return my money or otherwise assist because I started the return 6 days past their 30 day guarantee policy. This is extremely poor salesmanship on the part of both the seller and EBay. I will think before buying from EBay again.
