Bigger than expected. Needs 4 AA batteries to use all features.

The phone works OK, but to use all the features it requires 4 AA batteries. I don't bother with them and just use it as a basic phone, without memories, hands free or volume control, and it is OK. The phone and buttons are larger than I expected and you would have to have very bad eyesight to need them as big as they are. The width of the phone is about 7 inches and each button is more than 1" wide. If you have a special need for its particular features then it will probably suit, but otherwise not.
