CAJUN COOKING BIBLE
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been cooking Cajun and Creole dishes for over 35 years and this book is the bestI have ever found! There is no part of Louisiana cooking that you can not find here. Over the years I have relied upon Emeril Lagasse and Chef Prudhomme for authentic Cajun & Creole recipes, but this book not only gives recipes, but background and history, as well. And, I have found myself referring to this "Cajun Bible" when using other recipes for product substitution and cooking variances. If Cajun and Creole cooking has captured your heart, you will not be sorry that you purchased this book. To me, it has become an invaluable partner that is always within my reach!

SUPERB PRODUCT
I was hesitant to buy an instrument I had never played but we needed a banjo sound for our group “Ukulele Jukebox USA”. I have played Ohana ukuleles but never Louis Wu’s banjolele. WHAT A TREAT... Great Eye Appeal, Well Constructed, and Awesome sound. The fretboard is wide enough to make chord fingering easy for large hands, and long enough that the left arm does not “feel” trapped between the headstock and the body. Those things are what are most important to me in smaller instruments. I stand 6’1” I have a relatively wide arm span. I play this instrument with ease and I recommend this product to anybody looking for a good quality, fairly low cost Banjolele.
