Best Dimarzio Bridge Pup EVAH!
This has been my favorite Dimarzio bridge pickup for YEARS. it's was in all my 6-strings before they made the 7-string version, and once they did that i put them in my 7's as fast as i could. I've found that having the blade facing the bridge on the 7-strings makes them tighter and more defined on the low end, and having the blade away from the bridge on the 6-strings makes them fatter and warmer. but in both cases they sound awesome with all of my tones. and they have the ability to sound good with or without a treble bleed circuit when you roll off the volume. i have both setups and haven't felt the need to pick one or the other. And its a great live pup, no noise when you don't want it, and noise when you do want it... the good kind. ;-)

Excellent tool, an addition, not a replacement
1 of 1 found this helpful The first time i saw these tools i was like "what does this thing even do?" i couldn't tell how it moved and what the deal was. i wish i had looked into them alot sooner. you definitely canot replace other tools with it coimpletely, the saws-all head isn't as good as a full sized plug-in type, the Jig saw head isnt as adjustable as a stand along jig, and its also not orbital, but all the different blade types for the oscilatory head and the things it actually CAN do, it does very well and its awesome to have that all in one tool so you dont always have to go get out a huge saw everytime. I like it. Plus i already have a bunch of Ridgid 18V tools, so it fits right in.
