Printed atlases have their value, and this is a good one.
The type is very small and the index quite extensive, which for me are two dramatic pluses. I like looking for places in an atlas like this when I want to see the general neighborhood for a location. My7 one complaint is that my area of greatest interest, SEAsia, is poorly populated with cities and features. Chiang Mai, for example, is not listed for Thailand at all.

Improvements over the previous model
I found an old X-CM21 in a thrift store, and totally loved it. Easy to use, great sound and can't beat the Thrift Store price. I needed the machine, so after searching thrift stores and the list of Mr Craig for awhile, I gave in and bought this new one. Great decision! It improves on the older model in very significant ways (navigation, folder names, EQ). Consider me very satisfied.
