KitchenAid medal food grinder
2 of 2 found this helpful What a beast! I used to be a butcher and have used a commercial grinder and this reminds me of that! No comparison to the plastic one! Just spend a little more and you will be glad you did! Use the largest hole grinding plate to make ground beef (chuck roast cut is perfect and get one with some fat) and run it through twice. The first time mix the grind to evenly distribute the fat, then run it through again. Perfection!
