Repair Parts For Apple Watch iWatch 1st 42mm LCD Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly

Good product for a fair price

Very happy with the product quality. This was a bit of a gamble investing the money without a guarantee of replacement success, but my options were limited. I've found that local repair stores won't touch the Apple Watch and the Apple Store won't fix it either. So, after watching a couple YouTube's I decided to try it. The screen itself is an exact match as far as I can tell - no complaints here. This comes with pre-cut 3M adhesive for the screen, which is nice compared to folks on YouTube cutting their own adhesive, although I still found it difficult to work with. Would have been nice to have some instructions on exactly how to peel off the adhesive because it isn't obvious which layer should be peeled first. Lastly, a very minor issue is most of the tools they include in the kit are worthless for this repair. The only useful part is the plastic "spudger". For some reason they include micro-sized screwdrivers but there are no screws in this repair.

Worth it to have original OEM gear

I could tell my house used to have one of these based on antennas in the attic with a 90’s Pre-amp installed on one of them but the power injector was missing. This fit the bill perfectly.
