  Sellers communication skills are poor. Refunded the purchase with no note to explain the situation. He has the part according to the listing, I bought and paid and He refunded the purchase, period. No reason and communication why.

  My first negative feedback in 23 years on eBay- I’m not a business seller just a regular guy clearing space and passing on old Honda Elsinore spares that I haven’t used. Totally unnecessary as explained that eBay moved the goalposts on international winning bids and payments when I refunded in full immediately after purchase (within minutes). Guess someone’s panties bunched right up there
