Most of the items are brand new and still sealed, whilst others may be brand new and unsealed. All of these items were simply never watched or played. I am not bothering to sell any items that have been used.

Contacted seller about receiving slightly cheaper version and they refunded me the difference in cost, plus a bonus amount for my understanding. Argento genius

Excellent story. Amazing locale. Great cast. Awesome music courtesy of Goblin. The special features are a real treat too, with all new material, not carried over from the earlier dvd release.
