I find this item hard to use. I wear toe...
I find this item hard to use. I wear toeless knee length support socks and do manage to fit them onto the support frame but it is very slippery so when you push down and let go they tend to come up again. Also when putting your foot in the stocking it seems to resist your foot and push the rest of the sock down without you foot in place so I end up putting them on myself. I will persever for I am sure there is a knack, it is just discovering it!

Peppermint essential oil versus peppermint essence
Having read on line that 100% pure essential peppermint oil deters mice because they dislike the strong smell, we bought a 20ml bottle from Holland and Barratt to try. It was brilliant and did the job. As this seemed a long term process we looked for a larger quantity on line and bought this product. Unfortunately it didn't smell strong ( the other made your eyes water)! We used more of it but the mice could tell and made return visits under the sink. It was better value than the 20ml bottle but was certainly not as strong. We were disappointed. It smelled more of peppermint essence for cooking than an essential oil. We would not recommend.
