  Misleading pictures, the product that arrived looks nothing like the picture shown on the listing, quality wise it seems ok but the colour, texture and design are nothing like what are shown in the listing which I find unfair as that is the reason I've ordered it in the first place. Tried to contact the seller to make things right but no response so I feel obligated to leave some feedback.

  Item was poorly packaged. It was just scrunched up and put in a flimsy plastic envelope. By the time it arrived I only managed to salvage 4 of the 10 pads. I did brng this to the attention of the seller who said they would send a replacement out on the next working day. On the next working day all I got was a refund and no communication to say no replacement being sent. Terrible customer service
