    I purchased an IPad on 30th March for next day delivery which I never received. I messaged the seller a few times and they never responded. I then requested a cancellation which was rejected. I messaged them again giving them every chance to respond and make things right but have still not heard back. I have had to contact eBay who has now finally refunded my money.

    Seller declined my offer, so i went elsewhere only to find days after that they automatically took my money via paypal and i never received the item, tried to contact the seller but they havent even got the decency to reply. So i had to open a case with ebay and paypal

    Very poor overall experience- package arrived 6 days after being purchased, despite saying next day delivery. It then didn't work when it arrived (wouldn't charge). And its taken a multitude of emails to get the refund sorted (finally done about 10 days after the supplier received the item back). Total waste of time - seller basically failed at every stage of the process.

    Item totally not as describedFirstly the watch arrived with all the previous owners details, emails, photos, messages and Apple ID on - So I was unable to do anything. Secondly I had been sent the wrong watch, the one I was sent was only GPS and I had bought GPS/CellularThirdly they asked me to return the watch - and they would refund my postage costs - 2 weeks later I am still waiting.I have been refunded the cost of the watch.Not a company I would trust in the future

    I was expecting an iPhone 6S, however actually received an iPhone 6s Plus....but it was in excellent, better than expected condition and was a reasonable price, so I have no complaints. Dispatch was a little delayed but then delivery was fast and it was very well packaged (thanks for the Twix!). Overall, I am happy and would use this seller again 😊
