OK - but beware minimum collet diameter
The general quality of this tool seems 'OK for the price' but having tried to use it with an HSS M3 tap, I found it would not hold it securely. Turns out the shank diameter of M3 taps varies. My M3 set measures about 3.2mm with a correspondingly small square end.
Other M3 tap types may well have a larger shank - I have seen pics of ones e.g. Draper brand with what I estimate to be around a 4.2mm diameter shank and a correspondingly larger square end - which should fit this tool OK - the collet on this tap goes down to about 3.9mm so would be expected to hold a 4.2mm tap securely - and I expect the internals of the wench would fit the square end with less play.
So I recommend check your smallest intended use tap shank diameter before going for this type of wrench.
Also worth mentioning this design does not have a ratchet (not that it really needs one) so is only 'reversible' in the sense that you can turn it both ways - it is a bit like calling a hand screwdriver reversible!
