It's a whizz!

Excellent Joint Soother
I regularly use organic bath salts to sooth aching joints, it is an invaluable tool for people with chronic auto immune arthritic conditions. I love the natural pink colour of this salt and I usually add just a few drops of aromatic oil. It's a very fine grade salt, not large and chunky like some Epsom salts. You do have to be careful to make sure it's dissolved otherwise you can experience a gritty feeling at the bottom of the bath. I would imagine it is not good for plastic baths. I have found it's not drying on your skin like some salts can be. However, all told I recommend it and is the best natural bathing salt I have tried.
