Plain and simple
Plug and play, works like a charm.
The screw hole and double sided tape for fixing it in place are both nice touches.
You plug it together with any of your PSU 3 pin fan outputs and plug the fan to the other end and you're done. You can use splitters to power and control more fans with splitters especially when you use lower current ones to achieve a more silent result.
In my case I hooked it up to 3 fans to raise the inside pressure while running at the lowest possible speed to have less noise around the computer and I am very satisfied. I definitely will consider using this for future builds too if it's still available.

Really quiet and quite powerful
Adding four of these to my case I now have a total of seven fans made by be quiet! and all of them combined are completely inaudible working between the 40% and 60% power levels.
Even set to 100% they are only barely audible and it's not even necessary to sufficiently ventilate a full size tower PC case.

Good replacement
Provides just as much uptime, if not more, in my 16.4" Sony Vaio F series notebook as the original battery did when it was new. Given that these notebooks with their i5 or i7 processors are pretty OK for everyday use even today, especially coupled with an SSD upgrade, a battery like this one is a worthy investment.
