Questionable sale - Defective
1 of 2 found this helpful It was defective and I was not able to use it. The power adapter did not fit the modem.Then I borrowed a power adapter and called Comcast to activate the modem,but they couldn't activate because it is STILL active on the previous owner's account. Comcast tried to contact the previous owner,but she did not answer the phone.
