Not so good and very good.
5 of 5 found this helpful I bought the upright walker for my wife. She has bad knees and has little stamina. When walking, she needs to sit frequently and even though the upright walker has a seat, it is difficult for her to get in it. The upper handles seem to get in the way. She does not like to use it - it is "too large for her small steps".
Having said that, I have a very bad ankle that I wear a brace to relieve the pressure and pain. I can get around pretty good without the brace, but when I use the upright walker, it takes all the weight off of my ankle and I am able to get around more freely with NO PAIN.
As far as the value - it is sturdy enough, made of quality materials with the 8" wheels, but even refurbished, I believe the price is at least 30% too high.
