Electrolyte Drink Formula
I use Magnesium Citrate to make an electrolyte rehydration along with Potassium Citrate, Calcium Latate and a small amount of Himalayan salt. See Dr Berg video on You Tube. I have had low blood pressure for some time after multiple antibiotics after surgeries and getting sepsis twice. I use this along with other stuff to improve my health. I would also recommend and a live probiotic for the gut if you've had long term illnesses resulting in lots of antibiotics.

Bought Super Enzymes
My elderly mother has Low stomach acid had lots of gas and felt bloated after eating with low appetite also has constipation. I use this just before she starts to eat. Also she uses a live liquid probiotic for the goods and intestines. Together they work great. She has loads more energy and her appetite has increased.
