Expected better.
Cheap sound. Expected a little better. The item kind of works but does not do what I wanted. Don't try and save money by buying this go for the more expensive items.

Not as good as we imagined.
It works quickly, looks great and was exactly what we wanted. But, it does have issues. The activation button when pressed (70 % of the time) disappears inside the casing and you have to fish it out. This is a major issue for us, as it just isn't right and turned me off liking the appliance from the start. After all you do plug it in the mains. Water filter does not last very long before needing a replacement, matter of weeks.

Good tool
Extracted a sheared torx bolt on a thermostat housing I could not even see. Good product.
