Ease of use and a fraction of the oil other fryers need.
Gets the job of deep frying done with minimal oil. It's capacity limits usage to cooking for only two people - and maybe a small child. But it is quick to set up and easy to use and cleaning is a breeze. And works way better than my Philips Air Fryer which probably will never be used again. I regard deep frying as a once-a-month treat and the Roto Fryer is perfect for me.

I liked it so much I bought three more
It's a low-output night light with l-o-n-g battery life (3 x AA). In my particular application - being able to navigate a pitch-black room at night without being dazzled - it is perfect. Note that I use it on low power setting. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the moulding and the materials used in the Mijia's manufacture; well done, Xiaomi. Instructions are in Chinese but the design makes usage intuitive, anyway there are a few user videos on Youtube that show the operation. There are cheaper night lights available and I've tried some of them but none approach the Xiaomei Mijia for quality and functionality.

Better grip and confident protection
Updates to the Windows 10 OS have seen me using my Surface 3 tablet a lot more, and in a variety of environments. Extra protection sounded like it would be a good idea.The STM Dux arrived nicely packaged and I fitted it withing 30 seconds of unboxing. The Dux does not add a lot of bulk to the tablet and does not in any way interfere with ports or buttons - on/off and volume are just as light and effective when pressed through the protection of the Dux.
Aside from the additional protection afforded by the Dux, the Surface 3 is easier to pick up and nicer to hold - it loses that slightly slippery feeling the metal case of the Surface usually has.
The tilt stand on the Dux is at least as good as the standard one on the body of the Surface 3. I use a Surface pen with my tablet and it is my most searched for item around the house - or was. Now it clips cleverly into the the back of the Dux cover case.
I also have a 10 inch STM tablet carrying bag, and the Dux-protected tablet still (just) fits inside that. The bag is a brilliant design and beautifully crafted and the reason I was interested in buying the STM Dux cover case as well. The Dux was money well spent, enabling me to use my Surface 3 with a lot more confidence.
