  Item arrived well packaged, postage was fair, it was as described however there was a small issue with a piece of the tonearm missing that did not affect functionality. I contacted the seller who got back straight away and issued me a £30 refund to purchase a replacement for the damaged item. This was fantastic customer service and I would buy again from this seller anytime and have saved them.
