made of soft steel
Bent with little force, like a dogs back leg while drilling , but cut good into steel .
Cut the bent section off about 2", still usable .

Why I bought this scope
Was sold for parts was bought for parts had sweep display problem . I needed a power supply to fix my other scope that got water damaged from a roof leak in my shop .

Parts tested good, no sign of contacts being corroded, soldered ok .
