not bad
the light is sturdy but the strength of the light it just ok for night riding. I have purchased a different stronger light to go with this one as this one is fine for people seeing your light but really strong enough to illuminate the street very much. it does have adjustable lens. also the bracket does not hold the light very securely, easy to accidentally push the light out accidentally.

Definitely helps!
I gave this to a friend with copd after reading about these inhalers in the farmer's almanac. while she will always be short of breath she said she feels a definite improvement and is getting higher readings in her oxygen levels when she uses it. good news! not a cure all but helps! would be nice if it had come with more salt as she said the first half bag of salt kind of "lost its power" after about a week of use.
