Straight out of the box
This alarm is pre programmed to work with the sensors supplied and if additional units are required, set up for them takes seconds not minutes.
Instructions are fairly basic but informative and for total piece of mind install the Yale security app on any mobile device with the EXCEPTION of windows phone.
Trouble free installation and guaranteed piece of mind.

Manufactured by a leading company and sold at a budget price, if they do end up breaking it certainly will not have broken the bank.
