    Bought game , but didnt realise it didnt have the game disc with it. All good i’ll initiate a return and gave the reason that i thought it included the game disc due to the price being market price for the game ( it was only the case and manual). The seller then got defensive saying they’d ban me from sales , waste of time and i should have read as well as some pretty childish remarks. Sent quickly but wouldnt advise talking to the seller as they dont appear to know how to communicate.

    Hi alusud_0, I didn't get defensive at all, you intiated a return and i refunded your money. I am now out of pocket because you didn't read the listing. No apology towards myself, you blamed me for the price i put it at so i have blocked you from further purchases so i don't have to deal with the same issues. Since there is no purchase, as you have been refunded straight away, pretty upsetting to see you continue this communication like this.

    Ordered a USA copy of a 3DS game from this seller, not realising that 3DS cartridges are region locked (even though DS carts are not. Asked for a refund since this would not work on my AUS system without stuffing around with the settings, and the seller was extremely understanding and the return was processed within a few days. Very happy with the level of service.
