somebody says "budget phone" I don't think so

This phone doesn't have 1080p lcd and NFC but who cares? At least you don't have to pay for functions you will probably not use. Android is near stock (custom motorola lock screen) and is really really fast. I love the lock screen that shows notifications and wake up function when you pick up the phone from the table, pocket etc. Camera is not the best in the dark but what phone camera is? I dont't know about any downsides. I would love it even more if it was 4.7" but that is the problem of these days. Every phone has to be BIG. Fits great in the hand thou so it is not a big deal. And it is waterproof.

I have bought 2 units, both of them broke down after few hours. They were working far before their limits (0.5 A output at 2V) and they were actively cooled. I have never had a problem with cheap electronics from China till now.

cheap but works great

Put 9V battery in and it works. No problems. It is basicaly K-type thermocouple thermometer. If you can buy it for about 20$ why would you buy it for much more from Hakko?
