Good saw for the money for weekly use.
Generally a good saw for the money but don’t expect anything from the free blades as they are made of chocolate.
My only concern is the blade holder as it’s possibly a bit fragile but time will tell.
Another point on the holder is that it often ends up in rather than out when I want to change blades and you can’t twist it when the arm is in so you press the trigger a couple of times to get it to stop in the out position to enable blade change. A mild annoyance but for the money (having had a couple of reciprocators over the years) I find this a good saw for the price for general use a few times a week.

Put this in a Wickes heavy duty wet tile...
Put this in a Wickes heavy duty wet tile cutter and it’s fine.
Wickes state it has a 25mm wheel and this is 25.4mm but it works fine and is a major improvement on the solid rim wheel they supply which chips badly.
Only used it on large format ceramic so far but it cuts clean but does break out the end of the cut if you don’t take it easy on the last 10mm of the cut.
All in all a good wheel for 20 odd quid.

Cheap compared to new but cable in poor condition.
It was relatively cheap compared to a new one at over £125 for a bit of plastic.
Considering it’s a handle you’d expect some of it to be metal but no, all plastic apart from the cable so no surprise they break after time. BMW Mini parts are a joke really but being a Mini owner I’m starting to get used to it, plastic everywhere that falls apart and breaks, there’s more metal in a baked bean tin.
The handle is secondhand so don’t expect perfection, the cable end in the handle was severely corroded so although it got me through the MOT I could be replacing it again in a couple of years.
