  I bid on item by mistake. I contacted seller to request order cancellation. They honoured my request. Poor seller communication. Ultimately initial error was mine but I was disappointed in seller, as despite me contacting seller immediately after I bid highlighting my mistake, they still accepted the bid and hence my card was charged. I got a refund but it could have been avoided if seller did not accept the bid.
