Phatasy's my Stars, just not online anymore
1 of 1 found this helpful I had this game probably 10 years ago and remember playing it with 3 friends constantly on a 20 inch screen. Seeing it on a real tv is amazing and I'm so glad I found it again.
I don't know when Monster Hunter first existed, but, now that I've played both this and that, the gameplay seems similar in a lot of respects. Get Quest. Do Quest. Turn in Quest. Repeat. Combat is stilted, but intentionally, to make you focus on timing and accuracy.
It obviously looks a lot worse, relatively, than it used to and being on a much larger screen doesn't help that, but it could be a lot worse and I'd be willing to admit that nostalgia makes it very bearable.
