Device do not work

I ordered this device and were very excited, but it do not work. When i finally found a sim card that worked on the 2G network, it was like the device was confusede about the position. It didnt showed the correct possiotion and the features with text messages didnt work either. I wrote to the help line of the firm and did not got any help, i was only suggested to try another sim card. I have tried 3 and non worked as expected. I tried my selv to find the manual on my own langueage and help from neerdy friends, concluding that the device must be broken in some way? Now i dont know and the device still doesnt work...
