  The seller send me the text that he talked with ups asking me to go around to check where is my package and that’s it according to to him he did his part , still same feedback no professional way to handle the situation that is why I don’t recommend to nobody to buy anything from this seller . The seller resolve anything I have to go and search for my package after they charge me expensive shipping

  Issue is with the shipper (UPS), not the seller (me). I have no control over mistakes by UPS. When I rec'd a message about this issue, I notified UPS, and did what I could at my end. Shipping rates are set according to the app on ebay. Again, I did nothing wrong, and received negative feedback. I would not sell to this buyer, as they assign blame where none is due. In the future, please rate the seller on their actions, not those of a third party.
