  This feedback would have been 'Negative' were it not for the fact that the seller did make an effort to resolve a postage problem (of their own creation!) and also, I have no issue with the price or quality of my purchase. The postage problem resulted in me having to pay an 'Underpayment of Postage' surcharge to Royal Mail which meant an inconvenient trip to collect a package. This surcharge was swiftly reimbursed (minus a PayPal processing fee!) but overall, not the best trading experience!

  I was very disappointed not to receive this unit. Having won the auction then paying for it, then to be told it had been sold on another site. Yes I received a refund of the money but was very disappointed.
