Occasionally items can be damaged in transit. Buyer messaged me to say the item was received damaged. I Offered an immediate replacement, but buyer requested a full refund instead; which was processed within an hour and buyer told to retain the free gifts to compensate for his time. I fail to see what more I could have done to ensure this buyer’s satisfaction over and above a full refund?? Feedback received from buyer was therefore rather rude and unreasonable.

Excellent for the solo cook or those on reduced portions
Brilliant for solo cooking or reduced size portions. Very hardy little pan. Strong handle. Washing out is a breeze - run it under hot water tap after cooking and squirt a bit of washing up liquid on a non scratch sponge which you can rub round with your wok stirrer.
