GEEPAS Catering Urn 20L Electric Hot Water Boiler 1650W Tea Urn Stainless Steel

Little bit disappointing - so far.

I like the boiler very much and it boils really quickly. We have been using it for over three weeks, have boiled it three times as suggested then rinsed with cold water but we are unable to get rid of the taste of the water. This item is used every day so has had lots of use, but the water still has a nasty taste. Any suggestions ?
