  One would assume the item description meant 'without tabs. 'All Labels removed with small ink mark on inside neck to prevent store returns' - added seven lines on from last line of description - did not make clear that it would have NO Mint Velvet label or laundering instructions. Offered a refund plus extra for over estimating P & P. This to me makes it pre-owned in fact. Very polite replies but I do not condone this practice at all. Otherwise the transaction was seamlessly good.
