Fantastic vacuum
1 of 1 found this helpful My first dyson and really pleased with it so far. Got mine in the sale which is always good and it's totally different to any other vacuum I've used, having had about 12 well known make vacuums over the years. This is great and the first time I used it on my wool rug which was done the day before with a different vacuum the bin was nearly filled, design wise it's excellent but you can't expect to use it like other uprights it does take a bit of getting used to due to the way it moves and swivels. Very easy to use on hard floors and flat carpet, does require a lot more effort on thick piles but the results are amazing.
Tools have made it so easy to go under very low furniture and clearly a lot of thought has gone into them and one has a flexible part which is just perfect.
