Finally managed to do it.
Took a while to figure out how to use it. My problem was device was trying to connect via Bluetooth and phone connected to device via Wi-Fi. It appeared to be connected but wasn't. Once I changed the settings to Wi-Fi only then it started to read the vehicle fine. However it would not clear the warning light Engine Managemnt but it did tell me the fault was a sensor.

Great rc car,
2 of 2 found this helpful Battery charger broken but was returned to be replaced. This is for my 9yr old son. I expect my son to be quite shocked to see he has to build it. This will give him lots of new skills and knowledge of modeling. I'm looking forward to helping him. lol.

Nice looking
Easy to fit but i needed to buy a 45 degree plastic push fit as my supply pipe came from the bottom vertically. Then the bottom cover didnt fit because the push fit was in the way. Dramas. Oh and the spray is too soft but maybe that's my water pressure but it wasnt an issue before but now it is.
