Nicely detailed and stylish
3 of 4 found this helpful This is a strikingly lovely, clean and nicely detailed watch. The two things that first caught my eyes was the dial and the Bulova logo. The patterned dial with rose gold numbers and black minute markers plus the Bulova tuning fork logo on the crown and the dial gives it a nice, striking look. It is only 7mm thick and sits "flat" on my wrist which I like, especially compared to the other "bulky" watches I own. The brown leather straps complement the color of the case and the numbers, and is softer and more flexible than other Bulova watch straps (that I own).
My concern is the build. Its light weight and thin build leaves it feeling a little flimsy and delicate. It also doesn't have a second hand which is a bummer for a quartz watch (the second hand is a good way to tell if it's working). I don't see myself wearing it everyday, but it hits the sweet spot for me - dressy yet casual. I think it will hold up given how I intend to wear it.

1 of 1 found this helpful For a true moonphase with automatic movement, it is very affordable and stylish. However, Edox missed on one design point - size. A smaller size (38mm) would bring the features together and make the watch more elegant.
