It works for me
Bought to counteract a suddenly frequent, and incredibly painful, onset of cramp in my toes at night. The tablets have done the trick as far as the cramp goes and I find I also have more energy. Of course, this might be partly due to getting some uninterrupted sleep for a change!

Very Neat!
I saw this clever little gizmo on Pinterest and had to hunt it down. It's only about 10cms long with five mini ballpoint pens inside, slotted into grooves so they stay firmly in place while in use. They can be individually removed and replaced (I bought a pack of spares too). Apart from its obvious use with a ruler and a sheet of A4 it can be kept in a pocket or handbag for when inspiration strikes. Writing a tune on the back of an old envelope becomes a reality! Imported to UK so be prepared for the extra postage, but I think it is worth paying for something that doesn't seem to be available in this country.

Very useful.
Having a battery operated ringer as well as one with a mains plug is brilliant for when I'm in the garden. Good value too.
