Worked great. I actually got a thinner one to make room for multiple strips. I'm not 100% sure it holds better than thicker stuff, but definately worth the money and alot easier to work with than glue.

The best you can get for the price

The keypad is very easy to install and instructions are clear. It is plastic, besides the latch so I would not risk anything with significant value behind them. But it definately keeps a good lock, and is great for keeping toddler out of risky things. For installation, I added a screw from the front and drilled a hole in the back of the locking mechanism and topped with a washer and nut so people cant yankthe lock off by pulling. I did break 2 screw heads off the last door and had to break the keypad and start over. You have to be 99% accurate with drilling, I made a paper template and measured 2-3x before drilling with my dremel drill press. Ultimately, the success of your job will rely on your ability to measure out the holes accurately. The only issue I have at this point is that when you enter the master key code it resets the user key code back to 1111, so as long as the user enters their code only everything stays.

Good to have

I've had a cricut for a while and didnt think I need this, but the spachulas are actually a big help. It was a good investment, I'm glad I purchased.
