I Heart these Kits !
One of the very best N scale kits. I bash and super detail these and then sell them to my fellow n-scales for something stupid like 40 bucks!!

Used as part of weight loss plan
I eat two of these per day along with a stick low sugar / low fat diet. They seem to give the
calories so I lose fat and not muscle. These are the only supplement bars that tend to work.
All others I have tried are basically still candy bar and way too high in fat, even if is considered
"healthy fat" , like omega 3 etc. Too bad they are kind of expensive and being phased out at
wal mart and are really hard to find a stores.
