  Scanner arrived very quickly after payment, well and securely wrapped despite not having original box. I had problems downloading the driver and the vendor was exceptionally helpful in making constructive suggestions how I could resolve the problem. Although I haven't actually been able to use the scanner yet, as my computer is at fault, I have every confidence that it will be satisfactory. Vendor highly recommended.
