Bell push that doesn't like to be pushed too hard.
Works fine at present. Have had a couple of these fail in the past both mine and a neighbours. Although one one wasn't a Simens they both failed because a little plastic part collapsed (conical shape with legs - legs broke/crumpled).
Can only suggest ask people to be gentle with your bell push!
I suppose if the receiver can be place so caller can hear it they would be less likely to push harder to "make sure you hear it"
