  Metaphorically speaking, this seller walked on water. That describes how I felt the transaction went and how great I think he was with me. He was more than patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and many more that I had no idea to ask. Being so close to his location, I asked if I could do a local pickup which he agreed to without any reservations. He was very understanding and cooperative in changing pickup dates and times due to the changing Winter weather. His dog was wonderful too.
