Clarke 2 drawer Step Up Tool Chest CLB200 7634800

Well made and tough

I bought this as a step up cab to fit between my Kennedy roll cab and a Yamoto top box. I carefully measured my existing cabs and expected it to fit nicely. Unfortunately the measurements given in the add were slightly out ( by 2mm wide and deep) so it didn't fit. Am using it at home instead to store model making tools and sundries. I'm sure it'll fit the rest of the Clarke range but if you like me, mix and match, beware.

Not bad for the money although I did need to put the Base on the surface grinder to get it flat.

Excellent for the money

Bought these as the lower powered version in Millets was 20 quid. I thought that for under a tenner you cant go wrong. And I didnt. I can read vehicle number plates clearly at over 2 kilometers! Excellent for bird watching and even work well in low light around dusk. You do need steady hands though as they are quite powerful and the slightest movement makes the image shakey. I wear spectacles but even with my strong prescription i can focus with or without my specs. They come in a nice little case and with a lens cloth. Brilliant for the money!
