  Good communication with this buyer. Tracking number was provided upon request and seller kept in contact all the way to delivery. Item was delivered overseas and arrived very quickly. Product was well wrapped. Item was labeled as new but did have slight some scuffing on the book binding & bookcase. Would have been nice to see that in the pictures before purchasing. Otherwise this was a positive experience and would recommend this seller.

  After a misunderstanding, the seller refunded my money for this item. Because of the original confusion the seller has now offered to send me the item (Elvis Hits of the 70s cassette tape) at no charge. I truly appreciate the seller s kind gesture. I m looking forward to receiving the item (as I had originally hoped for). Hopefully, I can do business with this seller in the future with no issues.

  This guy is not to be trusted. Supposedly, he Shipped this item on August 11 untracked. on August 21, I asked him to send me a tracking number. On August 25 he said he would send me a tracking number on August 29 when he got Back. He said he was gone for the holidays. On September 4, I contacted eBay for help. Now he wants me to close the case and he says he will send it to me and give me a tracking number. They should not allow him to sell anything on eBay.

  No tracking number despite requests. After 3 weeks informed me that item had been sent BACK to post office. Then informed it had been re-sent but still NO tracking number. After 6 weeks, opened case with EBay at which point the ‘seller’ asked me to close case as item would be sent!! Now 8 weeks, and nothing. NO refund or Tracking Number or item. Looking at the seller’s feedback, this is NOT the first time this has happened. Further complaint now made to EBay. CHARLATAN and STORYTELLER. AVOID !!
