  The seller was great and very communicative. The instructions were missing and there was a hole in the awning but after talking to the seller it appears to be a genuine mistake on account of the missing instructions and the hole which he assured me was not there when they last packed it away and considering the overall condition of the awning was as described I believe him.He sent a partial refund to cover the cost of fixing the hole so overall quite happy and would happily do business again.
