After my diagnosis, first book I read: great
It's an interesting book for those of us on the spectrum. Also, the paperback format is cheaper to buy but easier to share than digital.

Great healing lotion for skin
I have used this product in the USA. It is hard to come by in other countries. It helps your skin deal with dryness and repairs minor cuts.
