2 of 2 found this helpful I LOVE this machine! I am shocked at how much dirt is in that water after I clean. I realize that if I took some other machines and dump the dirt into water I would probably have some of the same effect. But I am a visual person so I guess I need to see it first hand. If I could change anything I would make it not so cumbersome to get the thing around the house. and I wish I could lock in the wheely base thing so when I grab it to go upstairs it wouldn't come off. I find that when I get started cleaning with the machine I find it hard to stop! Yes it's expensive but worth every penny for me. I've had it about a month so far and haven't gotten to the point where after cleaning a room I am not disgusted when I look at how dirty that water is. I'm waiting for the day when my carpet gets so clean that the water doesn't look so bad. Not there yet, but I've got at least 15 years of dirt that I guess was just getting ground in. I'll get it there with this machine.
