  Got my package, and the glass insulators are only sitting in tissue paper. More than half of them are broken!

  Item was packed properly. Insulators are hard to ship. I’ve bought ones broken even when packed properly. Buyer never contacted me for a refund or tried to resolve issue. She instead messaged me calling me names! I would have made it right. Almost 1000 transactions with 100% feedback.
